Morgan Roofing was founded in 1973 by David Morgan. His son-in-law Lyndon Small now runs the business alongside daughter Georgina, from the same Coventry base, with the same crew answering the same phone, delivering the same guaranteed workmanship that built the company's reputation.

New roof installations, complete re-roofs, roof repairs, flat roofs (GRP, EPDM, felt), lead work, chimney repairs and repointing, fascias/soffits/guttering, emergency call-outs and commercial/industrial roofing. Ten services, one accredited team.
Established 1973. Over five decades of continuous trading in the same city. Every crew member is PASMA and IPAF trained for safe access. We work to BS 5534 for pitched roofing and BS 8747 for felt flat roofs, and we've re-roofed almost every property type built in the region since the 1900s.

We've kept the same standards for five decades because they're the same standards we'd want on our own homes. That means the hidden details, underlay, batten grade, ventilation, lead flashing, get the same care as the visible ones.
Quality standards
Every pitched roof laid to BS 5534:2014+A2:2018, correctly gauged treated battens, breathable underlay laps sealed at abutments, dry-fix ridge and verge systems, and tile clips specified for the property's wind zone. Flat roofs to BS 8747. Lead flashings in Code 4 or 5 to LSA standards.
Service philosophy
Free drone survey, written diagnosis, itemised quote, and clear staged payments. Domestic jobs under £2,000 need no deposit. On site: PASMA/IPAF-safe access, driveway protection, daily clean-down, and the same four tradesmen from strip to sign-off, no subcontracting.
Guarantees
All workmanship is guaranteed in writing on completion, in your name. Manufacturer material warranties (typically 30–40 years on tiles and membranes) are registered separately. If anything isn't right, we come back and put it right.
Communication
We do our best to answer the phones any time, day or night. Every quote is followed up in person, never by a call-centre. Photographs at every stage so you can see the specification you paid for, no hidden shortcuts.

Aftercare
