Content on this website is provided for general information about our services. We take care to keep pricing guidance, availability and service descriptions accurate but they are indicative and not a binding offer. A binding price is only given once we've issued a written itemised quote for your specific property.

Quotes & surveys

Our drone survey is free and carries no obligation. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless we state otherwise. Any change of specification, scope or access requirement discovered on site may require a written variation before we proceed.

Deposits & payment

Domestic jobs under £2,000 do not require a deposit. Jobs over £2,000 use a staged payment schedule set out in your written quote. Final payment falls due on completion, subject to a joint walk-round and sign-off. VAT is charged where applicable and shown separately on your invoice.

Workmanship guarantee

All workmanship is guaranteed in writing on completion, in your name, for the specific property address. Manufacturer material warranties (for example on tiles or membranes) are registered separately in your name. The workmanship guarantee covers defects in the work we've carried out and does not cover damage caused by third parties, subsequent alterations, or events outside our control (severe storm, impact, theft of lead etc.).

Insurance

We hold £5 million public liability and £10 million employers' liability insurance. Certificates are available on request before work starts. Every operative is PASMA and IPAF trained for safe roof access.

Cancellation & consumer rights

Where you engage us as a consumer off-premises (for example at your home), you have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you'd like us to start work sooner than 14 days from the contract date, we'll ask you to confirm that in writing and you may lose the right to cancel work already carried out. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If anything isn't right, tell us, call 024 7671 4341 or email info@morgan-roofing.co.uk. We'll come back and put it right under the workmanship guarantee. As a Which? Trusted Trader we're bound by the Which? Code of Conduct and, where a dispute can't be resolved between us, the associated Trusted Trader alternative dispute resolution service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
